No Media Hosting

MovieHub by BrewScholar ("MovieHub", "we", "us") is a discovery and cataloging interface only. We do not upload, store, encode, or host any video or audio files on our own servers or infrastructure. Title metadata, posters, and descriptions are sourced from TMDb. Video playback is rendered entirely through embedded third-party player APIs (e.g. VidLink Pro, VidEasy, VidKing Net, VidSrc Me, 2Embed, SuperEmbed) which pull content from their own independently operated servers. This is functionally equivalent to a search engine or link aggregator linking out to third-party-hosted content.

No Control Over Third-Party Content

Because playback is delegated to independent third-party providers, MovieHub has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the availability, legality, quality, or origin of any streams those providers serve. We do not select, edit, or verify the media files those providers deliver, and we cannot guarantee uptime, accuracy, or continued availability of any embed. If a third-party source is found to be distributing infringing content, the appropriate rights request should also be directed to that provider directly, as they are the entity in control of the hosted media.

Copyright / Takedown Requests

If you are a rights holder and believe a title listed or embedded on MovieHub infringes your copyright, you may submit a removal request and we will review and, where applicable, remove the listing or embed link from our interface. Please include:

• The specific title, URL, or page in question
• A description of the copyrighted work being infringed
• Contact information and a statement confirming you are the rights holder or an authorized representative

MovieHub is operated from the Philippines. Nothing on this site is intended to encourage infringement under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293) or any other applicable copyright law. Users are responsible for ensuring their own use of any third-party embedded content complies with the laws of their jurisdiction.

This service, its metadata, and all embedded players are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrewScholar and MovieHub disclaim all liability for any content accessed through third-party embeds, including but not limited to its legality, accuracy, or availability.
